The Dignity Line Resources

Over the past few years, I’ve been trying to find a simple way to explain something many women experience but struggle to put words to. Why do some relationships leave us feeling calm, respected, and safe… while others leave us constantly second-guessing ourselves? The idea of “the dignity line” is my attempt to put language to that difference. It’s a simple framework that helps us recognize when interactions are rooted in mutual respect — and when they quietly undermine our sense of worth and safety. On this page you’ll find the videos, printables, and resources I’ve created to help explain the dignity line and how it can apply not only to marriage, but to friendships, family relationships, and even how we teach our kids to treat others.

On this page you’ll find:

• Videos explaining the dignity line
• Printable resources you can download and share
• A teen version to help young people recognize healthy relationships

My hope is that these tools help put language to something that can otherwise feel confusing — and help more people recognize the difference between relationships that honor dignity and those that quietly erode it. - Dawn
